LIDEISA is a not-for-profit Development and Education social enterprise which offers holistic hands-on skills education and leadership mentorship to all people with focus on young people without discrimination.

We work to bridge the education gap between the poor and rich and mentor new breed of leaders for transformation.

At LIDEISA, we recognize that our communities are characterized by inequalities, dishonesty, greed, discrimination and many other backward practices that really cause conflicts among citizens.

Taking Responsibility

At LIDEISA, we know there can’t be creation of new value and reconciliation of conflicts and dilemmas without taking responsibility which makes it our third transformative skill that we give to our learners.


LIDEISA Reusable Pads

LIDEISA reusable sanitary pads consider access to safe sanitary towels hence dignified menstruation, a major need for especially all school-going girls to retain them in education cycle to completion to free their potential. LIDEISA reusable sanitary pads visualizes a Uganda where every girl can go to school without any impediments attributable to period poverty and most importantly, safeguard her own health without fear of experiencing shame, or unnecessary barriers to information or supplies during menstruation. We know that meeting the hygiene needs of all adolescent girls and women in all settings enables realization of human rights, dignity, and public health.

Where we are today, we need more job creators than job seekers. To achieve this mission, we have got to fold our sleeves to ensure that we embrace an education system that prepares individuals for the jobs and this system is Vocational education and training because it is multifaceted and it focuses on several careers.
